If you are looking for a peaceful, country holiday then Criccieth Caravan Park is the perfect location. It is wonderful to wake up to uninterrupted views of the Snowdonia hills and mountains. There is plenty of space round each caravan to sit, sunbathe and enjoy the magnificent views with a safe designated play area for the children. The site is neat and tidy with well kept shrubs and flower beds throughout. A short walk or 3 minute drive takes you to the pretty seaside resort of Criccieth with a good beach, safe bathing and boating for all the family and an excellent selection of cafes and restaurants. The sheltered bay and fantastic views across to Harlech and the mid Wales coast line make Criccieth an ideal place for a restful holiday although there are plenty of activities including walking, fishing, riding, rock climbing and cycling close at hand. The many delightful coves, bays and beauty spots on the Llyn Peninsula are just waiting to be discovered. My family and I have been visiting this area for over 40 years having owned a caravan on Criccieth Caravan Park for 12 years. Our fourth generation are now enjoying the beauty of this place. Couldn’t recommend it more!

We were very lucky to find this Park which was quite by accident when we were visiting friends in the area. We had never envisaged owning a Park Home but this was the best thing we have ever done and it came within days of retiring and something which we have never regretted. The Park is in an ideal location with excellent views and is central for walking cycling and visiting lots of other places in the area. We find the Park is well run by Nikki and David Meldrum and thank them for providing these facilities which we have enjoyed so much now and in the future.

Eleven years ago we looked round many caravan sites in North Wales and Anglesey, both on bright, sunny days and some not so bright. Finally we arrived at Criccieth Caravan Park and were immediately struck by the pristine condition and beautiful landscaping of the site. One of the main selling point to us was the provision of "piped gas" - no more gas cylinders! We have space around us and the views over the mountains, especially at sunset, are wonderful at all times of the year. It is a quiet, but very friendly, site with about 60 caravans, and we do have a launderette and a book/games swop facility, both of which suit our needs. We have spent many very happy weeks at our caravan and look forward to many more.
